She founded The Wellness Platform in 2017 as a space to run courses, work with clients, and explore all things wellness. From a young age, she has been passionate about health and the mind-body connection.
Believing in a balanced approach to health and happiness, she emphasizes the importance of looking at every aspect of our lives. In today’s high-stress world, she is dedicated to teaching about the effects of stress and offers simple strategies to rewire the brain and body for improved health and a calmer life.
Her journey took her to the Phil Parker Institute in London, where she earned a Diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, and Life Coaching in 2015. She also became a certified Lightning Process Practitioner. Since then, she has been running courses and delivering talks across New Zealand and Australia.
In 2018, she expanded her expertise by completing a 200-hour yoga teacher training with the School of Embodied Flow in Indonesia, aligning perfectly with her passion for the autonomic nervous system and releasing stored tension from the body. For the past few years, she has coordinated the wellness tent at the Rhythm and Vines music festival, focusing on mindfulness, health, and relaxation.
She is passionate about all aspects of wellness, whether it’s presenting workshops to create calmer workplaces, one-on-one coaching, or organizing wellness events. Her work spans a wide range of conditions and ages, blending vibrant energy with cutting-edge wellness concepts. Her passion extends to teaching manifestation and providing tools to help others create and live their dream lives.
