By 2012, she took on the role of national sales manager, where she led a dynamic team of seven across New Zealand. This experience ignited her passion for leadership and team motivation, driven by effective communication and CliftonStrengths™.

Under her guidance, the organization grew from 500 to over 1,100 members, supported by a strong team of 15 regional managers. Today, as the founder of Communicate Powerfully, Carly’s mission is to help others harness the power of communication.
